New Member Spotlight – Announcing the CSL’s Global Partnership with Philips Lighting

The CSL’s member companies and board members are key partners and contributors to the Center.  We are happy to announce our most recent partnership with Philips Lighting, a leading provider of solutions and applications for both professional and consumer markets.  Philips has a strong motivation for partnering with the Center and notes that the rapidly changing digital world is pushing change and increased value expectations for both consumers and providers.  Vin Colella, Data Enabled Services Manager with Philips Lighting told us, “It is imperative that we meet and exceed offerings for brand perseverance, customer loyalty and innovation to remain competitive.  Our motivation to participate is primarily driven by our desire to work collaboratively with industry leaders and educators to explore and discover new approaches to service solutions.”

Serving on our board as representation from Philips Lighting is Marie-France Crevecoeur, Vice President and General Manager, Global Category Services.  Marie-France brings to our board a strong marketing, technical commercial and international management skills.  She has a portfolio of sales management, business development, customer service, marketing and service operation experience with a 20-year career spanning Europe and the United States with multi-national companies.

Along with Marie-France, whom is based out of Philips Lighting’s Netherlands headquarters, the CSL will also heavily engage with Vin Colella, quoted above, as liaison.  Vin is based out of the US with a global team to define new data-enabled services for Philips and includes new services, products, and solutions to enhance value through data wherever their products are deployed.
