ServiceFriday: Interesting Reads for Service and Beyond

Welcome to the CSL’s “ServiceFriday”. Each Friday we post three summaries from some of our favorite sources from research literature, news articles, blogs, and more.

This week, we are featuring three blog posts you might not have yet seen that deliver relevant and compelling content for service science.  The posts consist of: A podcast interview with W. P. Carey professor Dr. Marianne Jennings on business ethics, an interview with Dr. Douglas Olsen, CSL Faculty Director of the Strategic Service Institute, on service and innovation, and an interview with CSL Faculty Network members, Drs. Laurel Anderson and Amy Ostrom, on a relatively new research area to services that is gaining momentum called Transformative Service Research.

We hope you had a wonderful Independence Day. Next week we will have three new posts all of interest to the service community and beyond.
