The Strategic Service Institute is geared toward managers responsible for the implementation of service strategies such as satisfaction programs or managing service teams. Participants will come away with an understanding of service delivery and execution as well as a deeper, more strategic comprehension of how to strategically advance service leadership within their organization.
The annual Compete Through Service Symposium is the only conference of its kind that brings the most innovative minds in business and engaging academic thought leaders together to advance the science of service. It is where you will experience in-depth education specifically designed to help you face the challenges of competing and profiting through service.
Sprint is an online and live interactive working session with top university faculty to address your organization’s need to upgrade, fix, or design your service offerings and processes. You will meet with your faculty, team, and classmates live on Zoom for two hours daily, Monday through Friday. Structured networking time with participants outside of your company will give you new insights into your service challenges. All teams will have scheduled sessions with our Executive Coach to provide input into your progress and help you problem solve.
